Making a difference as a leader

Being a leader means accepting responsibility for the company and its employees.

But we're not just looking for anyone to lead the company, we need people who really want to make a difference. You have an entrepreneurial flair and you can set clear goals for yourself and others - and achieve them? You're a good communicator, who is motivated and works well in an international and/or interdisciplinary setting? You can engage, support, and inspire a team?

Then we are looking for you!

Support and preparation

As you develop in your management role, we will support you through a comprehensive training program and ongoing mentoring. You'll learn all about our company, its culture, and what leadership means to us. Together we'll set your goals, determine a development plan, and give you regular feedback on your progress.

Growing into your managerial role

If you prove yourself capable of managing a team, demonstrating the necessary maturity and experience, the next step would be becoming a department manager. Then after that, you may be offered a role at top management level. It's up to you to show us what you've got!
