Onboarding
When you join the IEE team, you already have a range of skills - our introductory training supplements these. You'll not only get background information on our company and the industries we operate in, you'll also get a chance to learn more about the various departments that make up IEE - all designed to help you fit right in.
Mentoring
Whether it's the first step in your career, you've joined us from another industry, or you've changed roles, you won't have to go it alone. With our mentoring program, you'll have an experienced colleagues supporting you while you find your feet.
Personal development and career planning
Knowing what we are doing well and where we might need to improve, as well as setting goals, are important parts of our development. We want to help you achieve your career goals, that's why we have a performance evaluation system. Each year, you'll sit down with your manager or supervisor and discuss your performance. But it does'nt stop there. Your manager will also work with you to create an individualized development plan for the coming year to help you broaden your skills and experience.
Internal training
As an IEE employee, you'll have the opportunity to attend our internal training sessions and seminars. Hosted by subject experts from within the company, these sessions cover everything from key company and industry information through to more technical topics, as well as "soft skills" like presenting and problem solving.
External training
For training requirements that can't be managed in-house, we'll organize suitable seminars, workshops, and sessions with accredited external providers. Here you'll have a broad scope of options from language, presentatation, and negotiation skills through to hands-on technical training.
